Sweet Pea Ranch is a nine acre working ranch nestled at the base of Mt. Baldy and is conveniently located in upland. There are Panoramic views of the Mountains. Your package Includes: Arbor Ceremony Area, The Rock Garden, Rustic Romantic Reveal Stairs, Rock Fountain area, and The Red Barn. Your guest will be greeted upon their arrival by our Sweet Pea Ranch Hostess, they will be directed to our rustic farm table located near our vintage swing under our shade trees where they can enjoy fresh lemonade, iced tea and lemon infused water prior to your ceremony
Upon arrival the Bridal Party is welcomed by our House Hostess, you will be assisted with your wedding attire and shown the Shabby Chic Bridal Suite. Mason Jars have already been chilled prior to your arrival for your preferred beverages as you get ready for your ceremony. The Groom and Groomsmen will have exclusive access to the cigar and men’s lounge as well as the horseshoe pits prior to ceremony where they can relax and enjoy laughs and stories. The Bridal Suite is for the Bridal Party,parents and grandparents only
Wedding Planning and Coordinating
From the moment you book with us my staff is communicating and assisting you with every wedding detail.
This helps to eliminate pre-wedding stress. Our Venue Assistants will be available to schedule tasting,
coordinate vendor meetings, develop timelines review venue schematics,
schedule detail meetings and coordinate rehearsals.
You will be assigned a Venue Assistant on the day of your wedding.
They will make sure that all decor and wedding details
are carried out and will check in with the bride.creating a stress free day.
Hosted Beer & Wine and a Beverage Bar
Your packge includes a hosted Beer and Wine bar. This service is four hours and includes the bartender, bar, and liquor. You will have the opportunity to provide suggestions for some of your favorite beers and wine about 30 days prior to your wedding. The bar service begins during cocktail hour right after your ceremony and ends about a half hour prior to the end of your event. We have fresh brewed coffee available during the last half hour.

This entertainment package includes our Disc Jockey that specializes in wedding and DJ services for the ceremony and reception. Our DJ will provide all the necessary equipment for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. You will be able to customize a play list within 30 days in advance. You will have an opportunity meet with your DJ prior to your Wedding day. Our DJ Team has the ability to customize your play list to match your vision for your day. They truly are a talented team that can take your event from a classy ceremony bridal party entrance, a sassy ceremony exit following the bride and grooms "I Do", Fun Bridal Party reveal with custom songs for each entrance, speeches during dinner hour to what everyone is waiting for....... Crazy Dancing with a club atmosphere in the Barn!! Simply said... Fun! You and Your guest will be talking about your wedding for years
